99 Adventures is a children’s curriculum that tells the one big story in the Bible. If the Bible’s redemptive story is taught chronologically, it will enable unbelievers and believers to understand the completed picture, the metanarrative of the Bible. There certainly is room for other types of gospel presentations. However, if the goal of sharing Christ is for unbelievers to understand, retain, and cling to the gospel, then chronological Bible teaching as a method of evangelism seems even more paramount. Unbelievers will understand who the God of the Bible is and what He did when they see the whole picture painted for them. That is what Jesus did for the two men on the road to Emmaus. He explained to them the things about Himself from the Law and the prophets. This course will train you how to use this curriculum successfully with highly interactive methods used to help impact children for greater retention. These lessons can be used as a curriculum in a church, home, or school. It is available in a number of languages as well. The author of this curriculum, Dr. Jim Cook, was a pastor for 22 years in Indiana when God led he and his wife, Susan, into international children’s ministry. Together, they have travelled to over 30 countries and trained leaders how to evangelize and disciple their children.
