OBJECTIVES

If you are a Christian with little background in Bible study but a burning desire to know and understand God’s Word, this course is designed for you. Its general aim is to develop your skills for Bible study. You will learn and use various methods that others have found interesting and helpful in developing their skills.

When you complete this course, you will have practiced using such study skills as observing, analyzing, paraphrasing, summarizing, outlining, synthesizing, drawing conclusions, making applications, using a concordance, and using cross references.

Developing such skills is as important as your daily food.
